Do I need to be fit to join the Premier Small Group Program?
No you don’t need to be in good shape to participate in our PSGT programme.  We use a progressive exercise system, so beginners are able to do an easier version of the same exercise that an advanced member would participate in.  Over the weeks you train with us, we progressively increase the difficulty of the exercise so you increase your fitness gradually, which puts less stress on your body’s joints and makes exercise enjoyable and fun.I have never exercised before, what will be the best programme for me?
If you are a complete beginner or have had some type of injury, we would recommend our semi-private programme for four months before you join the PSGT programme.  These initial four months will give our coaches time to personally work with you, adapt the exercise techniques and monitor your progress.

What results can I expect?
Results will vary from person to person; go to our testimonials page to see what our members have to say about us.  If you follow the nutrition plan and the exercise regime 100%, you can expect to lose between 7-11 lbs of body fat in four weeks and drop at least one clothes size.

If you follow the exercise plan but not the nutrition plan, you will be much fitter but will not lose as much body fat.  You will need to commit and make the necessary changes if you want to see results.

How many sessions do I need to do each week?
If you want results, then a minimum of 14 monthly workouts is necessary.  Anything less just won’t cut it.

If I am on holiday what happens then?
We will provide you with workouts you can do when you’re on holiday to maintain your fitness.

Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend the programme due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date, however, we will charge a £25.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another session. This credit is non-transferable. There is no cash refund. We regret that this is not negotiable.

How do I sign up?
Go to the registration page and fill in your details.  Once you have done that you will be directed to a payment page where you can pay by credit card or PayPal, alternatively you can pay by cash or cheque although there is a £1.50 charge for cheque payments.   Once payment has been received, your place is confirmed.  One of our team members will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your details.

What does the evaluation session involve?
The evaluation session will measure your weight, body fat levels and body circumferences.  We will then re-evaluate your body stats at the end of the course.  This will ensure you can track your efforts and view your results in a progress report

What happens after the sessions have finished?
As a member, you will be given first option to book again for the future. It’s a great way to stay in shape, be held accountable and meet some fantastic friends who are all interested in having fun, while at the same time keeping fit.

What is a typical workout like?
All workouts are 45 minutes long; we spend the first 10-15 minutes on dynamic warm-up drills and technical components of the workout.  We then spend 30 minutes on metabolic workouts. By metabolic, we mean that all workouts are designed to increase your metabolic rate, which improves your fat-burning potential.

We use a combination of resistance training, sports-specific cardio drill, core work and team games to keep the workouts fun and dynamic.
