We specialise in working with clients between the ages of 45 to 70, but everyone is welcome. Whether you have never been to a gym or are an experienced professional, we can help you improve your health and fitness.
OUR 3-STEP PLAN
We have a 10-minute phone chat where we discuss what you would like to achieve and to share some background.
We invite you to the studio for a free 45-minute consultation where we talk about your nutrition, medical history, goals, what we do and how we can get you to be the best version of you.
You will come in for an assessment where we go through a detailed analysis of your posture, movement, basis abilities and issues which enables us to create a personalised plan for you.
