Here’s what you can expect in your FREE Body Fitness Strategy Session:

First, a professionally-trained coach will sit down with you to learn about your health history, any past injuries, your training history, it’s successes and failures, your nutrition and lifestyle situation and your specific goals.  This is often the most meaningful part of the journey – you’d be surprised just how many people don’t actually know what they want.  Step one for us is to try to help you determine…

a) Where you are in life
b) Where you want to be in life
c) And how to get there!!

If the commitment is there and we all agree that we can help you, we’ll move forwards with an assessment.

This is where you’ll be evaluated on range of motion and flexibility. Don’t worry, none of these evaluations will be painful or embarrassing.
The goal is to assess the current condition of your body so that we can be sure that Body Fitness designs the optimum program for you.

You’ll also be screened for any imbalances you may have that could eventually cause an injury. This assessment gives us the basis to correct postural misalignments, help you stand tall and straight and help you move towards your goals safely and pain free!
We won’t just throw you on a weight bench or the treadmill without a full understanding of potential setbacks!

Finally, you’ll receive a Body Fat Analysis and measurement which will show you exactly how many pounds of fat and how many pounds of lean muscle are in your body.
Using this information, we’ll help you develop your targets and it will give you a benchmark for your journey so you have a better feel for what you might achieve in your fat loss and fitness program.
